Smart Start Montessori School was founded by Ibrahim and Meluri Meru. Meluri is AMI trained with many years of experience in the field of education and committed to the Montessori philosophy of education. The school, located at McNicoll / Middlefield opened its doors with a class of five children, and has grown to the current licensed capacity.
The key to a good educational program is the Montessori Directress, who is the link between the prepared Montessori environment and the child. Smart Start Montessori School prides itself on hiring quality teachers who not only provide your child with a good education but are also excellent role models. The teachers help to nurture good work habits, self worth, independence and leadership.
